 Youth participate in physical activities but lack the knowledge they need to make positive food choices. Boys & Girls Club's Triple Play curriculum demonstrates how eating smart, keeping fit and positive relationships add up to a healthy lifestyle.

The program provides a multi component Sports and Fitness Training Series to address problems associated with childhood obesity and low fitness levels in children, utilizing components that positively influence the Mind, Body, and Soul.
