Beverly Joyce White Memorial Scholarship for Hospice Nursing Staff
PURPOSE
The scholarship is awarded to hospice nursing staff who are pursuing a certification in hospice palliative care or other related education offerings.
ELIGIBILITY
- Applicants must be a hospice nurse in Cameron County for at least 6 months prior to requesting funding.
- The education being obtained must be beneficial to the individual in their role as a hospice or palliative care nurse.
- Applicants must submit an application for funds to be approved by the White Memorial Scholarship Committee.
- The maximum amount of assistance per individual will vary and will be determined by the White Memorial Scholarship Committee based on funds available.
